Binary Media Inc. (“Binary Media”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting passenger privacy. Our systems are designed to respect user anonymity, avoid tracking personal data, and comply with global privacy standards.

1. What We Collect

We do not collect or process:

  • Names, emails, or phone numbers
  • Device IDs or advertising identifiers
  • Cookies or cross-device tracking data

We do not track or identify individual passengers.

2. What We Do Track

Our in-vehicle screens (owned and operated by Binary) anonymously collect:

  • Ad Plays: Number of times content or campaigns are displayed
  • Clicks: Number of anonymous screen interactions (e.g. taps, QR scans)
  • Content Watched: Titles of videos, apps accessed, or experiences launched
  • System Health: Device status, uptime, and performance
  • General Context: City-level location (no GPS or personally linked movement data)

We know what content was used, when, and on which screen—but we have no knowledge of who watched or interacted.

3. UTM & Client Pages

Some campaigns direct users to external landing pages where clients may request information (e.g., phone or email) or track UTM performance.

  • Binary Media does not collect or process any of this external data
  • These interactions are governed by the client’s own privacy policy and terms
  • We only report how many anonymous clicks were made from our screens

4. How We Use Data

We use anonymous data to:

  • Measure ad and content performance
  • Optimize passenger experiences
  • Monitor and maintain device health
  • Provide aggregated reports to partners and advertisers

No user identities are ever stored, shared, or inferred.

5. Security & Storage

All data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Only authorized Binary Media staff may access system-level insights for operational needs.

6. Your Rights

We do not collect personal information, so there is no data tied to individuals that can be accessed or deleted.
